Cell Tower
Tahoe Donner Association looks forward to the new cell tower project, located near the top of Eagle Rock Chairlift at the Downhill Skiing Area. During current contract negotiations, our cell tower contractor is preparing details and site plans that may be submitted to local agencies for review and approval this summer. Weather permitting and with necessary approvals to proceed, the contractor will most likely commence construction during the summer of 2013.

Update; Upon successfully fulfilling the necessary contractual agreements required by the Board of Directors at Tahoe Donner, American Tower (the general contractor awarded to install the cell tower and acquire interested service providers) is now working with local and state Agencies for necessary construction permits and approvals. Aiming to start construction in 2013, the tower will be modeled as a pine tree and will be strategically located west of Eagle Rock, to include a larger area of improved coverage beyond Skislope Way.Return to Timeline
