Expansion and Improvements at The Lodge
The expansion and improvements at The Lodge are well underway. Once the first building permit was issued last December, the old deck has transformed and is now enclosed within a roof and perimeter walls, and will be equipped with operable windows and a fireplace for comfortable year-round operations.
Directly below, the Pro Shop has expanded by 500 square feet, offering a new layout and much needed office and storage space. With many of the structural and mechanical improvements complete, our next steps are to implement all necessary equipment and final finishes.
With the April 15th Lodge closure just around the corner, we are ramping up to remodel the Kitchen, which will include new equipment and food preparation areas for expanded menu offerings and efficiencies. By early May, we plan to reopen the Restaurant and Pub for food and beverage operations.
Having recently received final permit approvals for the new sun deck, construction is now commencing on a 1,200 Square foot deck located along the perimeter of the enclosed Porch, which includes a relocated stairway designed to increase circulation efficiencies by connecting the Pub and Sun Deck directly to the putting greens and parking area beyond.
