Tahoe Donner

After taking input from residents, Truckee’s town council has approved the staff recommendation regarding trash pick-up. Starting July 1, the maximum distance that Tahoe Truckee Sierra Disposal will travel from the road to a bear shed is 28 feet with a two foot measuring buffer. The town will contact affected property owners over the next several months so that they are well aware of the new requirements prior to the July 1 effective date.
