Spring into Fitness

Summer is just around the corner, and that means bathing suits, road races and triathlons. Trout Creek Recreation Center offers a great selection of classes for everyone.

* New * Kickboxing Class

Kickboxing is coming to Trout Creek Recreation Center starting Sunday, March 11, at 3 p.m. Taught by Holly Hunt, this class is an action-packed workout with a series of punching and kicking combinations. It’s a great workout for toning your entire body!

Fitness Training

Plan on trying a triathlon this summer? Let Trout Creek Recreation Center be your training ground.

Adult Swim Club is for swimmers of all levels who are looking to improve stroke technique and fitness level. Classes are taught by Lisa Hussar and offered every Tuesday and Thursday at 12:30 p.m.

There are several different spin and yoga classes that focus on different fitness levels. From yoga for structural integrity to spin & sculpt, you can be at your strongest when it’s time to compete!

Whatever you are up to this summer, Trout Creek Recreation Center can get you in the shape you need to perform at your best.
