Kick off the holiday season with Light up the Night!
Thanksgiving weekend is a family favorite at Tahoe Donner. Once you’ve had enough turkey fun on Thursday, get ready for Santa and holiday activities at the annual Tahoe Donner Light Up the Night event at The Lodge Restaurant & Pub on Saturday, November 30.
The event is free for all ages and we encourage you to give back to the community by bringing canned items for donation to the Project MANA food drive. We’ll also have a raffle with quality prizes including $600 in value for skate skis and bindings from The Sports Exchange, tickets to both the Downhill Ski Area and Cross Country Ski Center, gift certificates to a variety of restaurants as well as additional sports equipment — with proceeds going to Project MANA.
Join us from 5 – 8 p.m. for fun activities including reindeer games, Santa’s arts and crafts workshop, hot chocolate and s’mores by the fire, letters to Santa, storytelling by Mrs. Claus, carol singing and photographs with Santa. Kids ages 13 and under will receive a free raffle ticket and one lucky kid whose raffle ticket is drawn will get to light the tree. Kids are also encouraged to bring a camera so they can get their photo taken with Santa. This special evening will culminate with our eighth annual tree lighting ceremony.
Bring the whole family along for a fun and festive evening at Tahoe Donner’s Lodge Restaurant & Pub!
