Get ready for the 2017/2018 season with our new program!
Be ready to ski when the snow flies by joining this welcoming group of skiers and coaches for six Saturday workouts starting the first week of October to tune up your body and mind for the upcoming XC ski season.
We will be focusing on ski specific strength, agility, balance, ski technique and plyometric drills. We will use Nordic ski walking/bounding techniques for interval training each week.
Workouts can be adjusted for all fitness levels.

When: Saturdays: Oct. 7, 2017 through Nov. 11, 2017
Time: 8:30 a.m.—10 a.m.
