 Golf Course Rules & Regulations

The Following is a list of Tahoe Donner Golf Course and Driving Range rules and regulations.

 Golf Course Rules

· All players must have their own set of clubs and bag.
· Metal spikes are prohibited.
· Proper golf attire must be worn at all times.
· No fivesomes are allowed.
· Maximum of two riders per cart (rental or private).
· Minimum age for non-golfers allowed on the course is 12 years.
· Non-golfers, of appropriate age, may ride in a cart, but must pay a rider fee.
· Golf carts are permitted to leave the cart paths under normal conditions. Please drive on the cart paths as much as possible; however when driving on the course, please drive the cart in the fairway. Carts should never be driven in the rough or native areas, and should remain at least 30-feet from bunkers and hazards, and must remain on the cart path within 30-yards of all tees and greens. Carts are never permitted on Par 3’s, nor on hole number one and number eighteen.
· Pull carts are not allowed on or near the tees and greens.
· Four-minute maximum when searching for a lost ball.
· Personal coolers are prohibited. Refreshments are to be purchased from the Golf Course Facility.
No outside food or beverage permitted.

 Driving Range Rules

· Professional teaching by Tahoe Donner professional staff only.
· Children under 12 should be accompanied by a responsible adult.
· No infants in strollers on tees or asphalt tee pad area.
· Tokens and cards for ball machine must be purchased from Tahoe Donner.
· No "Cherry Picking" allowed – either inside or outside the nets.
· Hit from designated areas only. Stay parallel with other golfers – not in front or behind.
· Shirts and proper shoes are required.
· Bottles and glassware are not allowed.
· No dogs or other animals allowed on the range or tethered at the facility.
· Bicycles, skate-boards, skates, etc. are not allowed on cart paths or on tee area.
· Staff may take other actions necessary to ensure enjoyment and safety of members and guests.


 Dress Code

· Appropriate golf attire shall be worn at all times on the golf course and surrounding practice areas.
· Men: Collared shirts with sleeves, slacks or shorts of mid-thigh
length or longer. (No cut-offs or T-shirts.)
· Women: Collared shirts, slacks, golf skirts, or shorts of mid-thigh length or longer.
(Appropriate golf themed T-shirts are permitted – if no collar, shirt must have sleeves.)
· Golf staff will enforce the dress code at all times.
