Reservations Policy

Court Reservation Policy
Five of our eleven courts are available on a reservation basis for our members. Reservations may be made in person or by telephone, after 9:30 a.m., for the following day. Reservations are booked and rotate at the top of every hour. When booking courts please make sure to have all the players' names available, this will help reduce the chance of double bookings. Two-hour reservations for morning play will only be made from 8 – 10 a.m. and 10 a.m. – noon. Please check in before your scheduled time. All reservations not claimed within five minutes of the start time will be reassigned to the first party on the waiting list.

Court Walk-on Policy
The remaining six courts are available for walk-on play. If you are not able to make reservations you can use an available walk-on court. Walk-on courts rotate every 1 1/4 hours for singles play and 1 3/4 hours for doubles play. Walk-on courts will be booked on a first come first serve basis. If all courts are occupied you will be placed on a wait list and given a start time. All walk-on courts not immediately claimed will be passed to the next party on the wait list. The number of walk-on courts available will be limited to help accommodate lesson and clinic demand.

Lesson, Clinic, and Event Reservation Policy
Reservation are required and a 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect. Any no show will result in a charge of the full price of the clinic.
