Relaxation Spa
Trout Creek Recreation Center would like to introduce its new Relaxation Spa. Come enjoy a quiet and peaceful soak in the spa formerly known as the family spa. We are transforming this area located just outside our sauna and steam room areas into a relaxation area during the off season only. This spa will now be heated to a soothing 104 degrees (104 degrees is the maximum temperature allowed by the Nevada County Health Department and is not recommended for children) to melt away stress and relax tired muscles. Within the Relaxation Spa and its immediate area we are asking that all members and guests keep talking to below a whisper and other noise to an absolute minimum (noise levels will be strictly enforced) in order to provide and environment of calm and relaxation. If you prefer a higher energy level, we invite you to use the spas located on the lap pool deck. These spas will be heated to 100 degrees and 102 degrees respectively.
Please note that the Sauna and Steam Rooms are for members 18 years and older. The Relaxation Spa will be in place only when the Recreation Pool is closed (October – Memorial Day).
