I. Welcome Welcome to the Tahoe Donner experience! As property owners, we are delighted that you have chosen our community as your new residence or recreational home. We sincerely hope your time and experience here will be as rewarding and pleasurable as those that we have experienced. Being an owner/member of a community association affords you a terrific number of opportunities to enjoy the scenic beauty, recreational venues, fine and casual dining, and several clubs and group activities. It's also an opportunity for you to help us continually enhance the Tahoe Donner experience by participating in our member surveys, signing up to receive Tahoe Donner's "Instant News" by e-mail, and voting on association matters. Perhaps the best privilege afforded to "stakeholder members," as we are all charged with determining the future of our community. Within this page, you will find useful information so you can become acquainted with Tahoe Donner Association and the surrounding area. You will also find information about how you as a property owner can become involved and make a difference in your new community. The Communications Committee provides an informative service to you if you would like to ask fellow property owners questions about the association. We can easily be reached via email at communications@tahoedonner.com. Tahoe Donner staff is also a great resource and a wealth of knowledge for you. Feel free to contact staff members with any questions or concerns. Once again let us welcome you to the Tahoe Donner experience! Member Services Office is a great place to get started. The friendly staff is available Monday – Saturday, to answer any questions you may have including tips on how to winterize your home. The Member Services Office staff is very knowledgeable about association policies such as the Covenants Rules, Architectural Standards Rules and Procedures for land use, as well as Garbage Can Enclosure policies. They can provide reading material on several subjects including a Renter Information Packet. And if they don't know an answer to a question, they can certainly point you in the right direction. II. Web site The Tahoe Donner Association Web site is one of the best ways to obtain a range of information, from amenity descriptions to current events. You will learn many details about the association, including committee updates, staff activities, and member voting procedures. On our Web site you can also sign up to receive Instant News E-mail. Instant News is sent out weekly with updates on events and happenings around the association. It also is a method for us to deliver breaking news events to our members. Instant News is a great way for members who live off the hill to receive the latest information. III. Phone Numbers The Tahoe Donner Community Resources Guide provides phone numbers and contact information for all Tahoe Donner amenities and offices, as well as useful organizations and businesses in and around Truckee, including babysitting information. IV. Maps For new members, Tahoe Donner can seem like a confusing place to get around. Use the Tahoe Donner Street Map and the Tahoe Donner Amenity Map to help you find your way. V. Get Involved We encourage members to become involved with Tahoe Donner Association. The benefits of membership are enormous and there is also a chance to contribute to the progress of the association. We are governed by a board of directors, and you have the opportunity to express your preference for the direction of the organization by voting. You can assist us in planning for a great future, by becoming
an active member and exercising your rights to offer suggestions, participate

As a member, you are invited to use the many amenities of Tahoe Donner Association. Please review the amenity
access policy, and be sure to receive updates from our Web site or
a staff member. You will find that the many
amenities at Tahoe Donner Association provide an excellent way to enjoy
your new community. In addition to the above amenities Tahoe Donner Association offers an extensive Summer Day Camp program and full service restaurant in The Lodge. VII. Tahoe Donner News Tahoe Donner News is distributed to members every month. Click here to download a recent issue. You will find that the Tahoe Donner News offers a wide variety of articles and updates for members. We are pleased to provide this newsletter for you each month. VIII. Summer Fun Guide The Tahoe Donner Summer Fun Guide is an annual publication. If you are planning to spend more time at Tahoe Donner during the summer, the information provided will be very beneficial. You will find a list of the fun activities and programs that Tahoe Donner Association has to offer. One of the best parts of being a member of the community is experiencing all that is offered. the Contractors Association of Truckee Tahoe (CATT). For more information
