Assessment Information

The 2010 Annual Assessment is $1,300. It is due January 1, 2010 and subject to 10% delinquency fee on March 2, 2010. The 2010/2011 Recreation Fee (valid from 05/01/2010 - 04/30/2011) is $220.

Official Payments:
Due to the high cost of processing credit card transactions, the association does not accept direct payment of the Annual Assessment using a credit card. However, payment can be made via credit card by using a third party processing service. Information is listed below.

You can pay your assessment online at www.officialpayments.com or by calling 1-800-2PAY-TAX (1-800-272-9829).

For phone payments, use Jurisdiction Code 1559. After authorization of your payment, you will be given a confirmation number that you should keep for your records. There will be a $35 fee charged for credit card payments and a $3 fee charged for e-check payments.
