Architectural Standards
Rules:
The Architectural Standards Rules pertain to any changes or additions to
all driveways and structures on all properties within Tahoe Donner Association.
These rules are to ensure that driveways and structures are in harmony with
their natural surroundings and benefit the quality of life and property
values of association property owners.

Covenants Rules:
These rules address what's defined as "separate interests" within
the association. Covenants rules pertain to peoples behaviors, including
amenity usage, lot improvement, parking and business activities within Tahoe
Donner boundaries.
GCEs (Garbage Can Enclosures):
At Tahoe Donner, keeping garbage protected from bears, raccoons and other
wildlife is important. That's why we insist upon having an approved enclosure
that conforms to covenants guidelines for garbage that's placed outside
a house.
