Tahoe Donner Association has a variety of areas available
for group rentals.
|
Meeting rooms and other gathering areas can be
rented by members and the public for a reasonable fee. We are a perfect
location for business meetings, club meetings, social events, birthday parties
and weddings. Rentals are handled through the Member Services Office at
the Northwoods Clubhouse, (530) 587-9400.

Where are the rooms located?
All rooms are located at the Northwoods Clubhouse.
How much does it cost to rent a room?
Facility room rental fee questions should be forwarded to the Member Services
Office which can be reached by calling (530) 587-9400 or by email at
info@tahoedonner.com. Tahoe
Donner Association chartered clubs rental fees are waived.
Is there a deposit on a rental?
Yes, There is a $200 per rental deposit to reserve the room. Where applicable,
there could be a set up and cleaning fee.
I am not a property owner at Tahoe Donner, can I
rent the facility?
Yes, the public can rent the facility for a fee.
How many people can I have at my gathering?
The amount of people you can have at a gathering will be based upon the
room you rent and what type of event you are having. (Room capacity - Lounge - 95; Meeting Room - 64; Patio - 100)
Are food and beverages provided?
Food and beverage can be purchased during our Pizza on the Hill
operating hours or prior arrangements can be made with the Manager of
Pizza on the Hill. In order to preserve Tahoe Donner Association's
liquor license, any alcohol consumed on the premises must be provided
by the Pizza on the Hill staff. For specific questions or information,

Can we bring in our own food?
This depends on the date, time and nature of the event. For more information,

Can we bring our pets?
Pets are not allowed in the Northwoods Clubhouse unless they are providing
assistance to handicap guests or members.
What type of multi-media equipment is available
for our use?
We have a limited amount of equipment available to rent: tv/vcr, overhead
projector and screen. We also have a flip chart and podium for your use.
Can we have a multi-day business meeting at your
facility?
Yes, multi-day business meetings are welcome at our facility.
Is there baby-sitting available?
No, we do not provide babysitting at our facility.
