The general plan committee has developed this plan to address the future amenity and facility needs of the Tahoe Donner Association as it grows toward "build-out", or a time when all growth in housing units is essentially complete. The basic premise of this plan is to maintain a level of amenity and facility availability that provides the highest possible level of enjoyment and access given actual financial constraints. This does not mean that amenities/facilities will be exactly the same; rather that a similar level of general use and enjoyment can be maintained and new types of amenities considered as property owner interest dictates. This premise is consistent with premises enumerated in the Tahoe Donner Goals and Objectives which were adopted by the board of directors, dated March 16, 1991.
