XC SKI CENTER

Trail Passes, Rentals and Lessons:
Trail passes, rental equipment and lessons are non-refundable. Please check the items, quantities, assigned names and date(s) in your cart are correct prior to completing your purchase. Trail passes, rental equipment and lessons can be transferred to another date if requested up to 48 hours before your scheduled visit by calling (530) 587-9484 or emailing xc@tahoedonner.com. No-shows for any product are ineligible for changes regardless of weather, conditions and road closures. View the grooming report for the latest ski conditions.

Season Passes:
Season Passes are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. They are not activated until you get your current year sticker from the ski area ticket office. Your season pass must be carried with you and scanned at the trailhead area every time you access the trails/lifts/ski hill and must be visible to ticket checkers. Access within the ski area boundaries outside of operational hours, and travel into areas marked ‘closed’ are not permitted for your safety and the safety of others. By violating ski area rules, your season pass may be revoked.

Multi-Week Kids Programs:
If your plans change and you are no longer able to participate in the program you signed up for, you will be able to cancel and receive a refund until December 15, 2021. Refunds will be issued in the form of Mountain Money on your Tahoe Donner online account. Mountain Money is valid up to one year after being issued and can be used at Tahoe Donner for other programs, products and services, including restaurants. The refund amount will be the total amount you paid for the program minus a $25 administration fee. No refunds will be available after December 15, 2021. In the event of program cancellation due to updated guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the California Department of Public Health and/or Nevada County Public Health Department, Tahoe Donner Association will refund the total unused portion of program fees.

Multi-Week Adult Programs:If your plans change and you are no longer able to join the sessions, you will be able to cancel and receive a refund until seven days prior to the start of the program. Refunds will be issued in the form of Mountain Money on your Tahoe Donner online account. Mountain Money is valid up to one year after being issued and can be used at Tahoe Donner for other programs, products and services, including restaurants. The refund amount will be the total amount you paid for the program minus a $25 administration fee. No refunds/changes within seven days of program start date.


DOWNHILL SKI RESORT

Lift Tickets:
No returns or refunds on tickets, and products cannot be transferred to another person or date. Daily lift tickets are required for all participants with proper ski and snowboard equipment. No pedestrians in the learning areas or on the mountain. Must purchase a lift ticket with rentals and lessons. If a product on a given day is sold out or not available, check back at a later date, as inventory may be added. Half-day tickets will not be available this season. All skiers and riders are required to have a valid ticket and proper equipment to be on the mountain.

Reservations are recommended weeks in advance for peak dates and at least 48 hours in advance for other dates. Cancellations and/or changes must be requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled lesson by calling (530) 587-9444. Day Passes:
No refunds, returns or cancellations due to weather, road conditions, illness and/or COVID-19. Tickets are only sold up to seven days in advance.
