Trail Passes, Rentals and Lesson reservations are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another date if requested at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled visit*. Transfers are not available for requests within the 72 hour period including no shows and late arrivals.  *Spring ‘Flash Sale’ Tickets are non refundable and non-transferable

Tahoe Donner cannot guarantee weather conditions, driving and road conditions, trail/snow conditions, open terrain/trails or lifts operating. In the event the resort is unable to operate, please contact us for details about receiving credit for any products purchased for that day. Season Passes, Season Rentals and Season Locker Rentals:
Season Passes, Season Rentals and Season Locker Rentals are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. They are not activated until you get your current year sticker from the ski area ticket office. Your season pass must be carried with you and scanned at the trailhead area every time you access the trails and must be visible to ticket checkers. Access within the ski area boundaries outside of operational hours, and travel into areas marked ‘closed’ are not permitted for your safety and the safety of others. By violating ski area rules, your season pass may be revoked.

Cross Country Ski Programs:
If your plans change and you are no longer able to participate in the program you signed up for, you will have some time to cancel and receive a refund in the form of Mountain Money on your Tahoe Donner online account. Mountain Money is valid up to one year after being issued and can be used at Tahoe Donner for other programs, products and services, including restaurants.

Kids Programs:  You can cancel or switch programs (subject to space availability) up until December 31 2022. No refunds /changes will be available after December 31, 2022.  Please contact xc@tahoedonner.com with your request.

Adult Programs: You can cancel or switch programs (subject to space availability) up until to seven days prior to the start of the program.  No refunds /changes will be available within seven days of program start.
