Tahoe Donner cannot guarantee weather conditions, driving and road conditions, trail/snow conditions, open terrain/trails or lifts operating.

Season Passes, Season Rentals and Season Locker Rentals:
Season Passes, Season Rentals and Season Locker Rentals are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person or season.

Trail Passes, Rentals and Lesson reservations are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another date if requested at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled visit*. Transfers are not available for requests within the 72-hour period, including no-shows and late arrivals.

In the event the resort is unable to operate, please contact us for details about receiving credit for any products purchased for that day. Cross Country Ski Programs:

If your plans change and you are no longer able to participate in the program you signed up for, you will be able to cancel and receive a refund if requested prior to the deadline for that program*. Refunds will be issued in the form of Mountain Money on your Tahoe Donner online account. Mountain Money is valid up to one year after being issued and can be used at Tahoe Donner for other programs, products and services, including restaurants. The refund amount will be the total amount you paid for the program minus a $25 administration fee. No refunds will be available after the cancelation deadlines. *Kids Programs:  The deadline for cancelation for kids xc programs is Dec. 31, 2023.

*Adult Programs: The deadline for cancelation for adult xc programs is up to seven days prior to the start of the program.
