Alder Creek Cafe is serving up a bowl of happiness daily with our winter Edi-Bōl lunch series!

Chef David Smith is taking comfort foods and traditional dishes to the next level. Edi-Bōl is inspired by common recipes presented in a fresh fashion, and as Smith notes, “The Edi-Bōl series is a creative way to enjoy old favorites with a new spin.”
