Alder Creek Cafe is serving up a bowl of happiness daily starting January 15 with our winter Edi-Bōl lunch series!

Chef David Smith is taking comfort foods and traditional dishes to the next level. Edi-Bōl is inspired by common recipes presented in a fresh fashion, and as Smith notes, “The Edi-Bōl series is a creative way to enjoy old favorites with a new spin.”

Available for lunch daily, 11AM-4PM starting January 15  
$16 per bowl

  • Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl: Asian Marinated Ahi Poke, Sticky Rice, Cucumber Sunomono, Seaweed Salad, Green Onions, Sriracha Aioli
  • Thai Coconut Red Curry Bowl: Organic Tofu (Vegan Option) or Mary’s Natural Chicken, Napa Cabbage, Shiitake Mushrooms, Rice Noodles, Aromatic Herbs (Gluten-Free)
