Edi-Bōl Dinner Series at Alder Creek Cafe

Join the local community for a unique and flavorful dinner series at Alder Creek Cafe every Thursday starting July 2. Each week, Chef David Smith will prepare a different bowl of mixed seasonal ingredients. Edi-Bōl is inspired by common recipes presented in a fresh fashion, and as Smith notes, “The Edi-Bōl series is a creative way to enjoy old favorites with a new spin.”

The last Edi-Bōl will be served on November 5.

Beer and wine will be available for purchase at Trailside Bar. Limited outdoor seating is available.


October 1 | San Francisco – New England Style Clam Chowder Bowl

October 8 | Hawai’i – Kālua Pork Bowl
Sticky Rice, Charred Onion, Hawaiian “Slaw”

October 15 | Thailand – Bangkok Curry Bowl 
Shredded Vegetables, Lentils, Aromatic Herbs

October 22 | Germany/Ocktoberfest – Jägerschnitzel Bowl
Breaded Chicken Cutlets, Mushroom Cream Sauce, Fried Potatoes

October 29 | Brazil – Marinated Skirt Steak Bowl
Quinoa, Sweet Potato, Brazilian Collard Greens, Chimichurri

November 5 | Shredded Pastor-Styled Pork Burrito Bowl
Pastor-Styled Pork, Spanish Rice, Pinto Beans, Shredded Cheese, Iceberg Lettuce, Tomatillo Salsa
