Join the local community for a unique and flavorful dinner series at Alder Creek Cafe Thursdays starting July 2. Each week, Chef David Smith will prepare a different bowl of mixed seasonal ingredients. Edi-Bōl is inspired by common recipes presented in a fresh fashion, and as Smith notes, “The Edi-Bōl series is a creative way to enjoy old favorites with a new spin.” Beer and wine will be available for purchase at Trailside Bar.

August 6 | Korean Bibimbap
Diced Skirt Steak, Long Grain Rice, Napa and Red Cabbage, Red Bell Pepper, Fried Egg, Kimchi, Shiitake Mushrooms, Gochujang Aioli

August 13 | Red Curry Noodle Bowl 
House Made Thai Coconut Lemongrass Broth, Shrimp, Tahoe Food Hub Vegetables, Thai Basil and Cilantro

August 20 | Roasted Butternut Squash Tostada 
House Made Mole, Iceberg Lettuce, Shredded Cheddar, Pepitas, Avocado, Tortilla Strips

August 27 | No Edi-Bol

Additional limited menu items include A.C.C. Burger, Veggie Burger, Roasted Beet Salad, Super Food Salad, Grilled Cheese and Chicken Tenders.

Cost: $16 per bowl

Please note there will be no Edi-Bol on August 27.
