Virtual Election Ballot Meeting + Regular Board Meeting | TD Board of Directors Election

The board of directors convenes an open online board meeting. On-site voting and replacement ballots will be available at Northwoods Clubhouse from 9AM-5PM. A government or Tahoe Donner photo ID is required to submit a ballot in person. The Inspector of Election will attend this meeting to oversee the ballot counting process. The deadline for receipt of ballots mailed or personally delivered to the Accountancy Firm is 5PM.

Members are strongly urged to mail their ballots early in order for them to be received in time for the election. Mailed ballots received after the June 26 deadline will not be counted.

ON-SITE BALLOT PROTOCOL

If you haven’t yet mailed in your ballot, vote in person at Northwoods Clubhouse on June 26 between 9AM-5PM during the virtual board of directors meeting or on June 28 from 10-11:30AM during the annual meeting of members. A TD or government-issued ID is required to vote.

Northwood Clubhouse is closed, but you will be directed to the backside of the building to a walk-up counter where the Inspector of Election can help. You are not able to drop ballots off to Member Services or staff. They must be returned during the times mentioned above to the Inspector of Election.
