WHAT IS THE PROJECT?
- The Tahoe Donner Beach Club Marina Deck Renovation Project has commenced.
WHY THIS PROJECT?
- These updates will provide an improved and consolidated area for the membership to dine while at the grill area. It will also serve as a place to shelter from the elements on those hot or windy summer afternoons or to just enjoy a cocktail by the lake in the evening.
WHAT ARE THE IMPACTS?
- Tahoe Donner Beach Club Marina deck renovation project is underway.
- The facility is closed for the season, only construction access is permitted.
WHAT IS THE STATUS?
- The project was approved by the planning commission on Nov. 21, 2023.
- Building permit has been issued.
- Value engineering is completed.
- The board approved construction on June 28.
- Construction is anticipated to continue into December 2024, with completion scheduled in Spring 2025.
WHAT IS THE TOTAL COST?
- The total cost approved by the board is $869,868.
