I think that you should submit large expenditures such as the Golf Course improvements to a TD community referendum. You might find that once people find out that you want to spend $2M on something that is used by only a small contingent of TD residents that you might have to adjust or even cancel your plans. Doing as you have done, as a fait accompli with no approval by the community, is not ethical. One only has to look at the annual reports to see that the golf course has been a money sink greater than any other TD property for many years.

I will certainly remember this action the next time we vote for board members who claim they are looking out for how our money is being spent.
