Suddenlink’s Horrendous Customer Service

Based upon all of the feedback I’ve seen on yelp and next-door I believe residents are Beyond unsatisfied with Suddenlink. I won’t even go in the details about my experience over the course four weeks, but suffice to say they messed up every interaction and not just badly. I probably spent 20 hours just getting service set up and its still not set up properly. And frankly they dont care.

Is there anything we can do? All of the other options are metered in that they are very expensive and limited on download without paying a fortune.
