How can the board continue to keep allocating funds for improvements, upgrades at substantial costs without membership approval? In the 40 years we have had our cabin
In TD I don’t recall casting a vote for any expenditures stipulated by any board. Seems as though we are pricing ourselves out of the Sierra marketplace. Time to pull in our expenditures @ control our costs. Whomever came up with the salary plan for a new general manager & the perks, should have their directives strongly evaluated. No one person can be afforded that kind of salary + to be our General Manager! Time to get realistic on how our monies are spent!!
