If you are a Tahoe Donner member and would like to add or update family members on your account, please first contact Member Services so that they can ensure all members on your account receive member pricing and product access:

If you are a guest and/or purchasing general public items, you do not need to contact Member Services and may proceed to add individuals to your group. 


PHOTOS

If you need to provide a photo for your season pass, please email a headshot/passport-type photo (jpg or JPEG preferred) to info@tahoedonner.com. Please note that uploading photos to your ShopTD account will NOT apply to your pass.

If you can't assign a group member to a product, the guest is likely either the wrong age or not eligible because of other product requirements.
