  • How do I check if I have already purchased my 2024/25 Season Pass?

    If you don’t remember what passes you’ve purchased for this upcoming season – please log into your ShopTD account and click “view your online order history” to browse all ShopTD purchases. Alternatively, you can contact Member Services at (530) 587-9400 or info@tahoedonner.com to confirm.

  • Can I upgrade to a Combo Pass if I’ve already purchased a 2024/25 XC Ski Season Pass?

    Yes! Members can upgrade their XC ski season pass to a combo pass by calling Member Services at (530) 587-9400 ext 0.

  • Are public season passes on sale for the Downhill Ski Resort?

    Yes! Public season passes are now on sale for the Downhill Ski Resort, as well as Combo Passes which also include access to Tahoe Donner Cross Country Ski Center.

  • Will 2024/25 Season Passes still include perks for passholders?

    Yes, passholders will have access to complimentary and discounted buddy passes and free ski days at partner resorts. You can review the 2024/25 passholder perks for Downhill Ski Resort HERE and for the Cross Country Ski Center HERE. We also encourage you to sign up for the TD weekly email to get the latest information on 2024/25 passholder perks.

  • Will Downhill passes be discounted for 2024/25 season?

    Passes to the Downhill Ski Resort will not be discounted for the 2024/25 season. Though renovations may temporarily alter the on-site experience for lodge amenities, the resort is working to maintain a seamless season of on-slope fun and winter programming.

  • Will there be a ski lodge for the 2024/25 season?

    For the 2024/2025 winter season, Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Resort will operate out of temporary facilities for ticketing, rentals and restrooms. Limited outdoor food and beverage service will be available (no indoor dining). Half-day kids’ lessons, private and group lessons, ski and snowboard school programs will also be available.

  • Will ski school programs for children still be offered in 2024/25?

    Yes, ski school programs will be offered in the 2024/25 season and are on sale now! We will also provide half-day kids’ lessons, along with our normal private and group lessons, ski and snowboard school programs, which go on sale in November.
