Annual Assessment

The 2027 Annual Assessment is $4,080. It is due January 1, 2027, and subject to a 10% delinquency fee on March 3, 2027. Each property is allotted a maximum of four (4) Member Photo ID Cards at no charge to the Owner, which include private amenity access at no cost. There is no “Rec Fee” or member Daily Access Fees. Please enjoy your private amenities.

The 2027 Budget Report will be published in the December 2026 issue of Tahoe Donner News + Life , and also will be mailed to every property owner and published online here.

Payment Options

ONLINE
Tahoe Donner offers members a convenient way to pay their Annual Assessment. Members can make payments through our new online portal at payments.tahoedonner.com, starting Nov. 15, 2026.

What You Need to Know:

• Unique Code Required: To access the portal, you’ll need the unique code provided in your Annual Assessment mailing, which was sent out on November 15, 2026.
• One-Stop Payment Option: You can also pay for any additional members (members 5-10) within the same portal, making it a quick and efficient way to prepare for the new year.
