The 2013 Annual Assessment is $1,505. It is due January 1, 2013, and is subject to a 10% delinquency fee on March 2, 2013. The 2013/2014 Recreation Pass (valid from 05/01/2013 – 04/30/2014) is $225. The Rec Pass is valid from May 1 through the following April 30, and is considered an alternative to paying daily entrance fees at our private amenities. The Rec Pass is valid for unlimited annual access to all the private amenities for all membership cards for each property.

Due to the high cost of processing credit card transactions, the association does not accept direct payment of the Annual Assessment using a credit card. However, payment can be made via credit card by using a third party processing service. Information is listed below.
You can pay your assessment online or by calling 1-800-2PAY-TAX (1-800-272-9829).
For phone payments, use Jurisdiction Code 1559. After authorization of your payment, you will be given a confirmation number that you should keep for your records. There will be a $42.95 fee charged for credit card payments and a $3 fee charged for e-check payments.
