Plat Maps

Plat maps are available for the Tahoe Donner subdivision. A plat map is a useful tool for obtaining the dimensions of a lot and locating property corner pins and easements for access, recreation, slope, drainage, and public utilities.

Select the correct Unit, and open the unit index map link to locate the lot and find its corresponding plat map number, indicated in larger font on the index map.  Use the plat map number to open the plat map in which the lot is located.

The legend map provides details regarding easements and other information pertaining to the Unit.

The following markings or highlights may be found on the plat map:

Pink = Access Easements                          Green= Recreation Easements

Blue= Slope Easements                             Yellow= Public Utility Easements

Orange= Drainage Easements              W= Wet Lot (not from seasonal changes)

P= Pump Lot (for sewer service)                  L = Lateral Lot (for sewer service)

Please note: These plat maps are historical. Some maps may change due to lot line adjustments, lot merges, easement abandonments, etc., and are updated only when the Community Standards Office (CSO) is notified by the property owner. For verification of any data displayed on the plat map, please refer to the Assessor Parcel Number map (APN) and/or a title search.
