All cancellations and/or changes must be made 14 days prior to the first day of the session for which you have registered, and a processing fee of $25 will be charged per child and week. No refunds will be given for cancellations and/or changes less than 14 days prior to the first day of the session for which you are registered.
Sick Child Policy: Sick children should be kept home for the safety and well being of all camp participants and staff. Camp fees will be refunded on a prorated schedule based on the number of days attended or number of days the camp spot is held for a sick child hoping to return. Refunds may be given based on the ability to fill a spot if notice is given 24 hours in advance of the start of the camp session.
Registration Changes: All registration changes must be made 14 days in advance, and a $20 processing fee will be charged per child and week. No changes will be made within 14 days of the camp’s first session.
Drop-Ins: Tahoe Donner Day Camp programs are five-day sessions. Daily drop-ins are not permitted. You may choose to have your child attend partial weeks, but full camp registration will be due. Note: Drop-ins are welcome for our Adventure Day Programs as space permits.
Important – Please take careful note of the age level requirements for each camp program and make sure that your child is eligible to attend that program. The age requirements are established for the safety and well-being of your child. Age requirements are enforced as of the first day of the session in which your child is registered. If a child is found to be registered for a program that he/she is not eligible for, his/her registration will be cancelled and no refund will be given. There will be no exceptions with children’s ages for camp. All children must be potty-trained to attend any camp. Children in pull-ups will not be allowed to attend camp. Children attending High Mountain Kids Camp must be 3 years old the first day of the session they are attending.
