RAISE FUNDS, HAVE FUN, MAKE A DIFFERENCE

This summer, during the Tahoe Donner Giving Fund’s Summer Fundraising Campaign, join your friends and neighbors in raising funds to support scholarships for local students and grants for local nonprofits. You can make a difference in so many lives!
You can donate directly to the Giving Fund or donate by “voting” with your donations for the charming canine candidates for Tahoe Donner Dog Mayor.
Either way, you will be supporting the local people and organizations that make our Truckee community the very special place we love.
Leashing the power of our neighborhood’s collective giving, if we each give what we can, together, we can accomplish more than any of us can achieve alone.
❤️ Donate directly to the Giving Fund during the Summer Fundraising Campaign:
You can specify that your donation is to be used for the Giving Fund’s general fund, scholarships, or nonprofit grants. You can be anonymous or give in memory or in honor of someone (or some dog) dear to you. Any way you give, and any amount, will do so much good in our local community.

WHY WE GIVE
❤️ To support scholarships for local students such as Esme, Alexandra, Bergen and Ashlee, shown here with Giving Fund Committee Secretary Toni Moore, and Chuy, this year graduating from UC Santa Cruz.
❤️ To support grants for nonprofits such as Clean Up the Lake. In 2023, this organization completed a 72-mile underwater cleanup at Lake Tahoe, and in 2024, it will be conducting a major cleanup of Donner Lake.

All contributions are voluntary, irrevocable, and are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Tahoe Donner Giving Fund grants and scholarships are made through the Tahoe Truckee Community Foundation’s annual review process.
