SNOWPLAY IS NOW CLOSED FOR THE SEASON. WE’LL SEE YOU NEXT YEAR!

Online reservations are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for all members and guests, including those with paid Rec Fees. Same-day reservations can be made, however popular holidays and weekends will sell out fast. Book early for the best availability.

*Members must have and present a Member card to redeem member pricing. Guests of Members may present a “Transferrable Guest card” to redeem guest pricing.

**2024/25 holiday peak period dates:**

  • Dec. 21, 2024 – Jan. 4, 2025
  • Jan. 18-20, 2025
  • Feb. 15-22, 2025

To receive child (12 and under) member rates, each child must have a ShopTD member profile in our system before purchase. Eligible Tahoe Donner members should contact Member Services at info@tahoedonner.com to create a profile for any child age 12 and under. Members must create a member account to purchase items from the online store. Contact Member Services at (530) 587-9400 ext. 0 if you need any help setting up your member account.

Tahoe Donner Members

  • If you have paid the annual Recreation Fee, your member ID card allows you to access Tahoe Donner private amenities without a daily access fee for up to four qualifying members. A member without a paid Recreation Fee still qualifies for member rates at Tahoe Donner public amenities and may pay a daily rate to access the private amenities. A property can have a total of eight qualifying members ages 7 and up on the property. If you pay your Rec Fee, you are still required to make a reservation for Snowplay.

Guests of Members

  • Each property is entitled to a maximum of two transferable guest cards for use by property owners’ guests for access to the amenities where guest access fees will apply. Up to four guests may gain access on a single transferable guest card. Up to eight guests ages 7-69 can access Snowplay with the guest rate.

RESERVATION TIME SLOTS

Tahoe Donner Snowplay is open to the public and Tahoe Donner members. Members who have paid their Recreation Fees have free access all winter long; online reservations are still required. Participants under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a paid adult in the Snowplay area.

  • One reservation per person per day required to enter the Snowplay area.
  • The number of participants per session will be limited to ensure the safety of others.
  • Snowplay will provide tubes and sleds to use during your reservation. No outside tubes or sleds will be permitted in the Snowplay area.

Reservations are required for 75-minute time slots: 9-10:15AM, 10:30-11:45AM, 12:15-1:30PM, 1:45-3:00PM OR 3:15-4:30PM. Tickets can be purchased up to 7 days in advance online. Tickets are required by all visitors on the Snowplay grounds.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All sales are final. Due to limited capacity this season, there are no returns or refunds on tickets, rentals or lessons, and products cannot be transferred to another date. Please confirm your date(s) prior to completing your purchase. Tahoe Donner cannot guarantee weather conditions, driving and road conditions or operating lifts.
