Cancellation Policies

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Reservations are non-refundable at Tahoe Donner Association’s winter amenities. Please review your reservation carefully prior to completing your transaction. Your credit card will be charged for the amount shown. Tahoe Donner cannot guarantee weather conditions, driving and road conditions, trail/snow conditions, open terrain/trails or lifts operating. 

Lift Tickets and Equipment Rentals: Reservations can be changed 48 hours prior to your scheduled visit, and you will receive a Mountain Money Voucher to rebook your lift tickets and rental equipment. The Mountain Money will be issued to your Tahoe Donner online account and is valid up to one year after being issued and can be used at Tahoe Donner for other programs, products or services, including restaurants. Changes are not possible for requests received after this deadline, including no-shows. 

Lessons and Lesson Packages: Reservations can be changed 48 hours prior to your scheduled visit for a fee of $25 per lesson. You will receive a Mountain Money Voucher to rebook your lesson or lesson package. The Mountain Money will be issued to your Tahoe Donner online account and is valid up to one year after being issued and can be used at Tahoe Donner for other programs, products or services, including restaurants. Changes are not possible for requests received after this deadline, including no-shows and late arrivals. 

Ski Resort Closure: In the event the Resort is completely closed on the date of your arrival, you will be provided with a refund on products purchased for the date of the closure. 

Ski Programs: If your plans change and you are no longer able to participate in the program you signed up for, you will be able to cancel and receive a credit voucher until December 13, 2024. Credit vouchers will be issued in the form of Mountain Money on your Tahoe Donner online account. Mountain Money is valid up to one year after being issued and can be used at Tahoe Donner for other programs, products and services, including restaurants. The credit voucher amount will be the total amount you paid for the program minus a $25 administration fee. No cancellations will be available after December 13. In the event of program cancellation due to updated guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the California Department of Public Health and/or Nevada County Public Health Department, Tahoe Donner Association will refund the total unused portion of program fees. 

Season Passes are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred to another person or season.
