LIFT TICKET FAQS

  • Does Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Resort accommodate all levels of skiers and riders?

Tahoe Donner is where traditions begin. Made up of 40% beginner runs and 60% intermediate runs, Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Resort is great for beginner skiers, families and groups of 20 or more people looking for a friendly, accessible ski hill surrounded by other amenities.

  • Do I have to buy my lift ticket in advance?

While we encourage purchasing lift tickets online in advance, the ticket office is located on the temporary buildings in parking lot #5 and will be open daily during the ski season from 8AM-4PM. All participants are required to have daily lift tickets with proper ski and snowboard equipment. We do not allow pedestrians on our conveyors, in learning areas or on the mountain without a valid lift ticket and equipment.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

  • How do I receive my member discount for being a Tahoe Donner member?

Members must have a Tahoe Donner member ID card to have access to member pricing. Member prices are only for members who have a card. Eligible Tahoe Donner members should contact Member Services at info@tahoedonner.com to create a profile for any child age 6 and under. Members must create a member account to purchase items from the online store. Contact Member Services at (530) 587-9400 ext. 0 if you need any help setting up your member account.

  • How do I buy guest lift tickets for my friends/family if I am a member?
