Pedestrian Bridge on the 18th Fairway
WHAT IS THE PROJECT?
- A new pedestrian bridge will be constructed on the golf course’s Trout Creek crossing on the 18th fairway.
WHY THIS PROJECT?
- The existing bridge has failed, and a full replacement is necessary.
WHAT ARE THE IMPACTS?
- Construction is scheduled for late-September to mid-October 2026.
- Temporary impacts to the #18 fairway are anticipated during construction, and play on the fairway will need to be altered during construction.
WHAT IS THE STATUS?
- Project design is complete.
- Permits have been issued from all required agencies.
- The board approved construction at the July 31, 2026, board meeting.
- Staff is contracting for construction.
WHAT IS THE TOTAL COST OR BUDGET?
- $25,000 in 2022 for professional services
- $49,500 in 2024 for professional services
- $108,388 in 2026 for construction
