ShopTD Registration Information
Below is information to help ensure the best possible online shopping experience.
- Account Creation: If you’re new to ShopTD and need help creating an account, watch our brief how-to video.
- Profile Setup: Ensure all members, including those 6 and under, are added to your ShopTD profile.
- Log in to ShopTD and navigate to “My Account” to view or add members.
- For help, contact Member Services.
- Wait Times: Expect longer wait times during peak hours. You might be placed in a virtual waiting room, so please be patient.
- Checkout Timing: Complete your purchase within 15 minutes of adding items to your cart. Items are reserved for you only for this period; otherwise, they may become available to others.
- Sold Out Programs: If a program is sold out, join the waitlist by emailing Ski@tahoedonner.com with the following details:
- Program name
- Day and time
- Participant’s name and age
- Skill level of skier
- Phone number
HOW TO REGISTER ONLINE WITH YOUR SHOPTD ACCOUNT
To get started:
- Create a new account or sign in to your existing one at shop.tahoedonner.com.
- Need help setting up your ShopTD account? Watch our short instructional video.
- Choose the programs you wish to purchase and complete the checkout process.
- All products are “age-specific”. Please ensure your group is correct with names and ages.
For assistance with adding Tahoe Donner members (including those ages 6 and under) to your profile, please contact Member Services at info@tahoedonner.com. Note that children ages 7 and up may incur member fees. You can add “guests” to your account online under “My Account”, “My Group”, and “Add Guest”.
WINTER PROGRAM REFUND POLICY
If your plans change and you are no longer able to participate in the program you signed up for, you will be able to cancel and receive a refund until December 16, 2024.
Refunds will be issued in the form of Mountain Money on your Tahoe Donner online account. Mountain Money is valid up to one year after being issued and can be used at Tahoe Donner for other programs, products, and services, including restaurants. The refund amount will be the total amount you paid for the program minus a $25 administration fee. No refunds will be available after December 16.
In the event of program cancellation due to updated guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the California Department of Public Health and/or Nevada County Public Health Department, the Tahoe Donner Association will refund the total unused portion of program fees.
