Youth and Adult Private Lessons
Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Resort specializes in teaching first-timers and novices and is committed to being the best place for family fun and learning in the Tahoe region. Our ski school is excited to offer one-hour, or three-hour private lessons this season with certified and professional instructors, allowing us to provide a safe and positive learning experience tailored to your family. Lift tickets and rentals are not included in the pricing.

- A parent/guardian must stay in close proximity to the Downhill Ski Resort during the lesson.
- 1-hour ski or snowboard lessons may have up to two students who are learning the same discipline.
- 3-hour ski or snowboard lessons may have up to four students who are learning the same discipline.
- Lessons with multiple students will be taught at the pace of the lowest ability level.

**Members must have a Tahoe Donner member card to have access to member pricing. Member prices are only for members who have a card.
Operations Overview for the 2024/2025 Season at the Downhill Ski Resort
For the 2024/2025 winter season, Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Resort will operate out of temporary facilities, offering ticketing, rentals, and restrooms. Limited food and beverage service will be available, and there will be no indoor dining. We will provide half-day kids’ lessons, along with our normal private and group lessons, ski and snowboard school programs, and seasonal events. Renovation updates and information can be found HERE. Thank you for your patience during our lodge rebuild.
