My preferred date is grayed out on the online booking calendar – what do I do?
Dates are grayed out when they are not available for booking. This can be due to three reasons:
1. Snowplay tickets are released for online booking up to seven days in advance. Since tickets are non-refundable, this is done to ensure people can check the forecast and road conditions to make an informed purchase. If it’s more than seven days before the date you’re trying to book, please check back within the seven-day window.
2. We are closed on the date you are trying to book.
3. Snowplay reservations are full!
