As of January 31, 2025, Transferable Guest Cards Are No Longer Valid

Pre-register your personal guests on ShopTD and provide them quick and easy access to private amenities and discounted pricing at select public amenities.
Personal guests who are accompanied by members with active Member ID Cards do not need to be pre-registered.
Daily Access Fees apply to private amenities for all Member ID Cards not covered by the Recreation Fee and for all personal guests.
Attention Members: Please dispose of existing Transferable Guest Cards and pre-register your personal guests or accompany them to amenities on their next visit. Staff will collect cards presented at private amenities. Short-term rental tenants are not considered personal guests and must use short-term tenant cards for private amenity access (Daily Access Fees apply).

As a property owner in Tahoe Donner, your Annual Assessment – the annual association fee – supports the operation and maintenance of the community’s facilities and common areas, and via Member ID Cards, affords you access to a host of member-exclusive benefits at Tahoe Donner’s public and private recreational amenities and dining establishments. MEMBER ID CARDS – YOUR TD ACCESS PASS

Tahoe Donner members can enjoy access to private amenities (Daily Access Fees may apply) and other member-exclusive pricing and benefits at all amenities only with an active Member ID Card.

  • Payment of the Annual Assessment grants 4 activated Member ID Cards each year.
  • Each property is entitled to a maximum of 8 Member ID Cards.
  • Owners can purchase up to four additional Member ID Cards for qualifying family members for a per-card fee of $155/card. This fee must be paid annually for the card to remain active. Additional passes can be purchased through Member Services. Renewal of additional passes can be updated over the phone at (530) 587-9400 or at Member Services.
  • Only the owner listed on the deed can add/change household members and assign Member ID Cards.
  • Member ID Cards are valid Jan. 1-Dec. 31 of the calendar year. Non-transferable prorating is not available.
  • NEW Amenity Access Rule: Children Under 7
    • Under 2
      Children under 2 years of age can be added to a property’s account to receive the same private amenity access and member-exclusive benefits as their family members with active Member ID Cards, but do not:

      • Need a physical Member ID Card
      • Count towards the number of Member ID Cards per property
      • Require verification as an eligible family member
    • Ages 3-6
      Children ages 3-6 are now required to have an active Member ID Card for access to private amenities and member-exclusive benefits at all amenities.

      • Adding a child ages 3-6 to an account will require verification of the child’s familial relationship to the owner on deed.
      • Once added, all members on the account must verify their familial relationship to the owner on deed.
      • Children ages 3-6 with active Member ID Cards count toward the maximum number of cards allotted per property (eight). The annual per-card fee will not apply if activating Member ID Cards for children ages 3-6 beyond the four included with payment of the Annual Assessment.
      • By 2028, all children ages 3+ will be required to have an active Member ID Card to access private amenities and member-exclusive benefits at all amenities.
  • Amenity Access Rule: Children Age 7+
    Children age 7+ must have an active Member ID Card to access private amenities and member-exclusive benefits at all amenities.

    • Adding a child age 7+ to an account will require verification of familial relationship to the owner on deed.
    • Once added, all members on the account must verify their familial relationship to the owner on deed.
    • Children ages 7+ with active Member ID Cards count toward the maximum number of cards allotted per property (eight); a per-card fee may apply to activate additional Member ID Cards beyond the four included with payment of the Annual Assessment.

MEMBER QUALIFICATIONS
Only the owner on deed can designate Members ID Card holders on their property who fit within the “Owners Family” as defined by the Amenity Access Rule. A cohabitation agreement can also qualify a person with appropriate documentation and approval.

VERIFICATION REQUIRED 
Official documentation verifying familial relationships is now required for eligibility when adding or changing family members and Member ID Card assignments. All existing Member ID Card holders will be required to verify familial eligibility with proper documentation on a property no later than Dec. 31, 2027.

DAILY ACCESS FEES
Daily Access Fees are required for entry for members with active Member ID Cards, their personal guests and short-term renters at Tahoe Donner’s private amenities, including Beach Club Marina, Northwoods Pool, Tennis + Pickleball Center and Trout Creek Rec Center. Daily Access Fees are waived for Member ID Card holders covered by the Recreation Fee. Learn more below.

The Access Fee is waived for members with a paid Recreation Fee.

RECREATION FEE – ONE FEE. UNLIMITED FUN.

When you pay the annual Recreation Fee, your Member ID Card allows you to unlimited access to Tahoe Donner’s private amenities and Snowplay without paying the Daily Access Fee. Two Recreation Fee options allow owners to designate coverage for just two or all eight active Member ID Cards on their property. Members with active Member ID Cards who are not covered by the Recreation Fee must continue to pay the Daily Access Fee at private amenities.

The 2-Person Recreation Fee grants unlimited access for two Member ID Cards on the property. The All-Member option grants unlimited access for all active Member ID Cards (up to eight). Daily Access Fees apply for all Member ID Cards not covered by the Recreation Fee. The Recreation Fee is non-transferable and non-refundable; prorating is not available.

The 2025 Recreation Fee is valid Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2025.
