RESERVATIONS

Tahoe Donner Campground is now open for camping. All reservations for this summer season can be made through ReserveAmerica.

Tahoe Donner Campground has reopened and is following all Nevada County and State of California guidelines regarding COVID-19. Please pay attention to additional signage throughout the facility as some of our protocols have changed. By making a reservation at Tahoe Donner Campground you agree to our “Community COVID-19 Code of Conduct.”

We thank you for participating and supporting these measures to improve safety and health:

  • Avoid entering the facility if you have a cough or fever, are in self-quarantine or have other symptoms of COVID-19.
  • Maintain six feet of distance between yourself and others.
  • Sneeze or cough into a cloth or tissue; if these is not available, use your elbow.
  • Do not shake hands or engage in any unnecessary contact.
  • Wear a face covering.

ABOUT TAHOE DONNER CAMPGROUND

Tucked along the banks of Alder Creek, Tahoe Donner Campground is the perfect place to escape, offering both tent and RV sites. Campers enjoy flush toilets, laundry facilities, hot showers and RV sites with electricity and water. The fun begins with volleyball, ping pong, horseshoes and more, plus free WiFi access for those who still want to stay connected to the outside world.

Location is key. With convenient access to the Emigrant Trail and Tahoe Donner’s own extensive trail system, exploring the Sierra Nevada wilderness is just steps away. From a relaxing getaway to a High Sierra adventure, Tahoe Donner Campground is the place for everyone!

Restrooms and the laundry room are for campground patrons only.


BRING FIDO! 

Up to two dogs are allowed per site daily for a fee. Dogs must remain on a leash at all times. Dogs may not be left unattended at campsite. For additional dog information, see our rates page.
