Yoga has been an integral part of Christy’s life for many years. She began to incorporate yoga into her regular exercise routine to help relieve back issues and – with her love of teaching – became certified through the Alaya Yoga School at the Palisades Tahoe Yoga Studio.

Courtney loves teaching Zumba®, Aqua Zumba®, and Zumba® Kids classes at Tahoe Donner! She has been teaching Zumba® for over 13 years, and with an exercise physiology background, she has taught classes in general for over 25 years.

Delana has been dancing her whole life and has a BFA in Music/Theatre. While working as a stage actor and traveling – and having to earn a living between theatre jobs – working in fitness was a good fit, especially with Delana’s love of teaching.

Emily has been teaching fitness and dance classes in Truckee/Tahoe and Reno since 2006. It was a natural progression after a lifetime of dance and performing throughout college and then professionally for many years.

With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, Kim has instructed cycling, indoor/outdoor boot camp and various Group X classes as well as road and off-road triathlon and mountain bike.
