GYM RULES

  • Face coverings required regardless of vaccination status. Please maintain 6’ social distancing.

AGE:

  • No one under the age of 9 unless under direct supervision of a certified personal trainer allowed in the gym.
  • Members under the age of 18 must have a Trout Creek Waiver form on file.
  • Member’s ages 9-13 must apply for our Gym Sticker program to use the cardio and/or stack machines. No access to free weights unless under direct supervision of a certified personal trainer.
  • Member’s ages 14-17 must apply for our Gym Sticker program to use the cardio, stack machines and/or free weights.

ATTIRE:

  • No wet, dirty or immodest clothing is allowed. No bathing suits allowed.
  • Dry, clean, closed-toe athletic shoes required. No dress shoes, boots, or sandals.

FOOD:

  • No food, alcoholic beverages or smoking allowed.
  • No glass bottles, please use sealed non-glass containers for all liquids.

EQUIPMENT ETIQUETTE:

  • Wipe down all equipment with disinfectant before and after each use.
  • Re-rack weights after each use.
  • Limit of 30 minutes usage per cardio machine.
  • Use one machine at a time and allow others to work-in when waiting.
  • Do not slam, drop, clang or throw weight stacks or dumbbells.
  • Equipment use is at your own risk. Follow equipment instructions.  Ask a staff member if you are unfamiliar with equipment.
  • Tampering with any facility equipment other than it’s intended use is absolutely prohibited and will result in immediate loss of privileges.

SWIM RULES

  • Any person between the age of 9 -18 must have a swim sticker if unaccompanied by an adult.
  • All children under the age of 9 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18.
  • Use of the Lap Pool is restricted to lap swimming only. Lap swimming is defined as swimming continuously from one end of the pool to the other.
  • Swim diapers and/or tight-fitting rubber pants are required for all children who are not potty trained.
  • Only Coast Guard-approved life jackets are allowed in the pool. No other flotation devices are allowed.
  • No glass.
  • No chewing gum.
  • No alcoholic beverages and/or smoking.
  • No diving.
  • No running on pool deck.
  • No hanging on lane lines.
  • 11 person maximum capacity in all hot tubs.
  • No loud obnoxious noises, screaming, shoving or pushing in or around the pools and hot tubs.
  • No breath holding games.
  • Only those 18 years and older are admitted in the steam room and dry sauna.
  • Tampering with any facility equipment other than it’s intended use is absolutely prohibited and will result in immediate loss of privileges.
