GUIDED RIDES

Guided mountain bike rides are available daily and typically last 1.5-2 hours. Explore the beauty of the TD Trail System while learning riding tips from experienced guides. Route choice is based on the fitness and skill level of the group. Two-person minimum group size.

PRIVATE LESSONS

A private two-hour lesson with one of our IMBA-certified instructors will help you find your flow, improve your trail speed and build upon your current mountain biking skills. Riders should bring water, a spare tube, a pump and tools to change a flat tire.

Mountain Biking (MTB) Core Fundamentals
This one-day mountain progression-based bike clinic is appropriate for new to experienced riders looking to step up their performance and skill set. We will cover bike setup, balance, braking, gear selection, body position, cornering, switchbacks and more. Bring plenty of water, snacks and sunscreen. For ages 15 and up only.

Women’s Basic Bike Maintenance
Routine bike maintenance keeps you riding smoothly and prolongs the life of your bike. This introductory class will help you take care of your bike before, during and after rides.

Women’s Introduction to Mountain Biking
Join other women for a weekend of mountain biking focused on riding skills, communication and trail etiquette. Part 1 teaches basic techniques, including shifting, braking, ascending, descending and maneuvering around obstacles. Part 2 takes the skills taught in part 1 and applies them out on the trails.

FUN-damental Mountain Biking Series For Kids
Kids will learn skills and gain confidence as they go through mountain biking progressions, including body and pedal position, shifting, braking, climbing, descending and navigating obstacles on the trail. Bring water, snacks and sunscreen.

Ages 8-10: Saturdays
Ages 11-14: Sundays
