Guided mountain bike rides are available Friday-Sunday and typically last 1.5 and 2 hours. Explore the beauty of the TD Trail System while learning riding tips from experienced guides. Route choice is based on the fitness and skill level of the group.

Women’s Basic Bike Maintenance

Routine bike maintenance keeps you riding smoothly and prolongs the life of your bike. This introductory class will help you take care of your bike before, during and after rides.

Women’s Introduction to Mountain Biking

Join other women for a weekend of mountain biking focused on riding skills, communication and trail etiquette. Part 1 teaches basic techniques, including shifting, braking, ascending, descending and maneuvering around obstacles. Part 2 teaches advanced skills so you understand what you’re capable of on a bike.

Part 1: Saturdays | June 22, July 27 and Aug. 24
Part 2: Sundays | June 23, July 28 and Aug. 25
Time: 9AM-12PM
Cost: $149 per session

Private Lessons

A private two-hour lesson with one of our IMBA-certified instructors will help you find your flow, improve your trail speed and build upon your current mountain biking skills. Riders should bring water, a spare tube, a pump and tools to change a flat tire. Reservations are required 48 hours in advance.
