As of January 31, 2025, Transferable Guest Cards Are No Longer Valid

Personal Guests as defined in the Amenity Access Rule: Any individual who has a non-tenant relationship with an Owner, and who is visiting or using an Owner’s Residential Parcel with permission from the Owner, and who is seeking access to the Amenities with the Owner’s permission.

PERSONAL GUEST ACCESS

Personal Guests who accompany a Member or have been pre-registered by a Member may access Tahoe Donner’s private amenities and receive discounted pricing at public amenities, when available.

Personal guests whom the sponsoring Member does not accompany must provide the Member’s name and a valid government-issued photo ID (for guests age 16 and older) upon check-in at Tahoe Donner amenities. This information will be used to verify their eligibility as a Personal Guest.

Access to private amenities is subject to applicable daily guest access fees.

Each guest ages 3+ must pay a Daily Access Fee. See below for rates:
