Annual Meeting of Members + Member Expo

Join us on Sunday, June 28, at the Northwoods Clubhouse for the Annual Meeting of Members, when the board will provide an update on the association and announce the winners of the 2026 Tahoe Donner Board Election.

After the meeting, join your neighbors at the Member BBQ + Expo, also at Northwoods Clubhouse, with information tables from local groups, clubs, agencies, TD departments and more. This is a fun opportunity to learn more about your community!

RETURN YOUR BALLOT IN-PERSON: Ballots may be placed in the locked ballot box available in Member Services at the Northwoods Clubhouse starting Tuesday, June 23, through Saturday, June 27, from 8AM-5PM. Personally delivered ballots are also accepted at the June 28 Annual Meeting of the Members from 10AM-11:30AM, at which time voting will conclude, and election results will be announced shortly after.
