Everyone's favorite dinner series – with a twist! – is back on Monday nights from 5-7PM at Alder Creek Cafe. Get excited for all-new Edi-Bōl creations, featuring international flavors, healthy, fresh ingredients and vegan/vegetarian options. Plus, enjoy additional family-friendly options from the regular menu and happy hour pricing on beer and wine from the Trailside Bar, too!

- March 2 | Chicken Mole Bowl
Avocado, black beans, corn, sour cream, cilantro lime rice, pickled red onions, tomato and radish. Substitute Yams for a vegan option.
- March 9 | Southwestern Burrito Bowl
Pulled pork, Spanish rice, corn, romaine, squash, tomato, avocado, pinto beans, bell peppers, cilantro and salsa verde. Substitute Jackfruit for a vegan option.
- March 16 | Peruvian Ceviche Bowl
Rockfish, red onions, cilantro, white corn, sweet potatoes, plantain, Peruvian popcorn, celery, ginger, chile limo and lime.
- March 23 | Honey BBQ Chicken Rice Bowl
Roasted carrots, bell peppers, green onions, sesame seeds and lime.
- March 30 | Mushroom Risotto Bowl
Arborio rice, cremini and oyster mushrooms, shallots, Parmesan, cilantro, parsley and thyme.
