Everyone's favorite dinner series – with a twist! – is back on Thursday nights from 5-7PM at Alder Creek Cafe. Get excited for all-new Edi-Bōl creations, featuring international flavors, healthy, fresh ingredients and vegan/vegetarian options. Plus, enjoy additional family-friendly options from the regular menu and happy hour pricing on beer and wine from the Trailside Bar, too!

• October 1 | Miso-Maple Salmon Bowl (GF)
  Mis0-maple glazed salmon, forbidden black rice, roasted delicata squash, sautéed baby kale, pickled ginger, crispy Brussels sprouts, scallions, toasted sesame and miso-maple ginger sauce.
• October 8 | Apple Cider-Braised Chicken Bowl (GF)
  Apple cider-braised chicken thigh, wild rice, roasted butternut squash, caramelized apples, Tuscan kale, cranberry-pumpkin seed relish, crispy sage and apple cider dijon jus.
• October 15 | Roasted Squash + Crispy Chickpea Bowl (VG, GF)
  Roasted butternut and delicata squash, herb quinoa, crispy chickpeas, roasted broccolini, pickled red onion, toasted pepitas, baby arugula, creamy harissa-tahini dressing and fresh herbs and pomegranate.
• October 22 | Wild Mushroom + Short Rib Bowl
  Red-wine braised short rib, creamy Parmesan polenta, roasted wild mushrooms, crispy Brussels sprouts, pearl onions, baby kale and thyme-red wine reduction.
• October 29 | Harvest Grain Bowl With Seared Chicken
  Herb-roasted chicken, farro, roasted delicata squash, roasted fennel, sautéed kale, fresh pear, dried cranberry, toasted hazelnuts and brown butter sage vinaigrette.
