We asked the 9-Holers Women’s Golf Club, Men’s Golf Club, Junior Golf Club and Women’s Golf Club to share their favorite things about Tahoe Donner Golf Course, recently named “Best Golf Course in North Lake Tahoe + Truckee” by the 2018 Sierra Sun Readers Poll. To me, Tahoe Donner Golf Course is magical. It binds wonderful people together who share the love of walking in the woods, developing amazing friendships and the desire to be just a little bit better than yesterday!

While I love the course (and I’ve seen all of it from one side of the woods to the other), it is the staff – beginning with the guys in the shop and the starters, to outside services, the girls in the snack shop and cart, and even the maintenance crew – that make my family and me feel like we’re part of the family and playing our home course.
