Plan Ahead: Reservations Required for Beach Club Marina + Trout Creek Recreation Pool for July 4 Holiday Period

Reservations are required July 1-5 for Beach Club Marina and Trout Creek Rec Pool

From Wednesday, July 1, through Sunday, July 5, reservations are required for access to both the Beach Club Marina and Trout Creek Recreation Pool during peak hours to help manage demand and provide a smoother experience. Members with a valid Member ID Card will be able to make reservations for their families and their personal guests.

Personal Guests may not make their own reservations; they must be made by a valid Member ID Cardholder. Guests must be pre-registered on a Member’s account and be included as part of a Member’s reservation.

How to Make a Reservation

Reservations open 30+ days in advance of the visit date:

  • Reservations for July 1 open on May 26 at 9AM
  • Reservations for July 2 -3  open on May 27 at 9AM
  • Reservations for July 4-5 open on May 28 at 9AM

Reminder: All individuals making a reservation must have a valid Member ID Card and be listed as a “member” on their ShopTD account. If you are purchasing for a personal guest, you will need their full name and birthdate to complete the registration process. Visit the Amenity Access Hub to ensure your access is up to date before booking.

Daily Reservation Sessions

Each day from July 1–5, reservations are available for the following time slots:

Beach Club Marina + Trout Creek Recreation Pool:

  • Session 1: 10:30AM-12:30PM
  • Session 2: 12:45PM-2:45PM
  • Session 3: 3-5PM

*Please note: Trout Creek will close early July 3 and 4 at 3PM for Summer Concert on the Green.

Early and Late Access (No Reservation Needed)

  • Beach Club Marina: Open to members and personal guest walk-ins (fees apply for guests) from 7AM-10:30AM and again from 5PM-9PM
  • Trout Creek Rec Pool: Open to member and personal guest walk-ins (fees apply for guests) from 5-7PM (not available July 3 and 4)

Access Pricing

The Personal Guest fee is $15/person and is nonrefundable. Members who hold a valid Member ID Card may reserve at no charge. A credit card is required for all reservations and will be kept on file in the event of a no-show (see details below).

Cancellation/No Show Policy

Members can cancel their reservations for themselves or other Members through “My Account” on ShopTD. All Personal Guests’ reservations are final; no refunds will be issued due to cancellations. Cancellations within 48 hours and/or failure to attend a reservation will be subject to a $15 per person fee.

Important Access Information

  • Short-Term Tenant Cards are blacked out July 1-5
  • Each person (age 3+) is allowed one reservation per day, per amenity
  • Bring your valid Member ID Card with you, as it must be scanned for all reservations to enter.
  • Personal guests over the age of 16 will be asked to present a valid ID to validate their reservation.
  • Reservations are not required for the gym side or lap pool at Trout Creek Rec Center.
  • The Northwoods Clubhouse Pool is on a first-come, first-served basis during this time period; no reservations are required.
  • Personal Guests must be registered to a property or accompanied by a member.
  • Guests can not make reservations for themselves. Only valid Member ID Cardholders can purchase Personal Guest access during the reservation period through ShopTD.
  • Please be aware of the timing of your reservation window so you arrive on time and are prepared to leave on time and ensure each transition is smooth.
  • Remember that the shuttle service from the Truckee High School parking lot to the Beach Club Marina is available on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday throughout the summer with extended shuttle service available daily July 1-5 from 11AM – 5PM (and extended hours on July 4 from 11AM – 10PM).
