Group Swim Lessons
Aquatics Programs go on sale at 2PM for Members on March 17 (Sessions 1-4) and March 19 (Sessions 5-8). Sales open for Guests of Members at 2PM on March 26.
Group lessons have returned! Lessons are 30 minutes long and are a fun way to develop basic swimming skills. Each session runs for one week.

LEVELS
Level 0 – GUPPIES (PARENT/TOT)
Children ages 6 months to 3 years old will spend time with a trained instructor. Adults will be taught to help children learn water adjustment, use of supported floats, kicks and assisted entries through instruction, songs and games. This is a water exploration experience for both parent and child.
Ages: 6 months-3 years old
Time: 10-10:30AM
LEVEL 1 – BUBBLE BLOWERS
Children aged at least 2 years old can adjust to the water and a swim lesson setting. Instructors focus on introducing the following skills: water entries and exits, bubble blowing, underwater exploration, kicking, arm movements, body position and supported locomotion. 5-year-olds who are uncomfortable in the water may also take this level class. Intro to basic water safety.
Ages: 2-5 years old
Time: 9:30-10AM
LEVEL 2 – STARFISH
Instructors will build on prior water abilities, focusing on the basic skills of floating, gliding, retrieving underwater objects and unsupported swimming (front and back). Prerequisite: Level 1.
Ages: 4-7 years old
Time: 9-9:30AM
LEVEL 3 – DUCKIE
Students at this level will learn the front crawl and elementary backstroke. Instructors will introduce treading water, diving and rhythmic breathing, as well as promote water safety. Most skills will be performed independently. Prerequisite: Level 2.
Ages: 5-12 years old
Time: 8:30-9AM

CANCELLATIONS
PLEASE PLAN YOUR SUMMER IN ADVANCE. Due to the high number of cancellations and limited supply, Aquatics Program cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the first day of the program for a refund with a 25% cancellation fee per product canceled.
