Downhill Ski Lodge Replacement Questionnaire

We would like to extend a sincere thank you to over 3,000 Tahoe Donner property owners who participated in the Downhill Ski Lodge Questionnaire. Your input was greatly appreciated. At the Feb. 16, 2022 special board meeting, a third-party consultant from TBWBH/Props & Measures presented the results of this questionnaire. See the final report here.

MORE ABOUT THE DOWNHILL SKI LODGE REPLACEMENT QUESTIONNAIRE
The lodge at Downhill Ski is a 50-year-old original Tahoe Donner building that is nearing the end of its useful life. Work has been done over the past several years on how to best address the future of the building. There have been three cycles of outside professional review and many more cycles of member outreach and input. We now have a design concept and cost estimate provided by architect firm Bull Stockwell Allen (BSA) based on these past studies, member input and BSA’s own analysis of the association’s needs.

After a special board meeting beginning on Dec. 1 and continuing on Dec. 13 and 17, it was decided that a member advisory questionnaire would be sent to all members regarding the Downhill Ski Lodge Replacement Project. Questionnaires were sent to the same address that you receive your Annual Assessment mailing and also emailed to the primary email address on file for your property. Follow-up phone calls were made to members who did not initially respond by mail or online. One response allowed per property, and all responses will be kept anonymous.
